Currently, the show just finished its Season 22 which first aired on Fox before it was made available on Hulu. Last week, the cast and executive producers celebrated the show's 25th anniversary at PaleyFest LA.
Fans of the show are delighted with the announcement of two special holiday episodes which will air later this year. As of writing, MacFarlane is quiet about its plot and when it will specifically air.
'Family Guy' Continues Series After 25 Years
During a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times, MacFarlane revealed that the show is far from ending anytime soon. He also shared how the show remains popular in making people happy.
"I don't know that there's any reason to stop at this point unless people get sick of it. Unless the numbers show that people just are, 'Eh, we don't care about 'Family Guy' anymore.' But that hasn't happened yet," he added.
MacFarlane is also the executive producer of the series and voices Peter Griffin, Stewie, and Brian. Alex Borstein plays Lois while Seth Green is behind Chris. Mila Kunis is known for voicing Meg and Arif Zahir plays Cleveland Brown.
