Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports Debuts on Fall

The "Looney Tunes" franchise has been a popular and familiar brand since the 70s. Characters like Tweety Bird, Bugs Bunny, and Tasmanian Devil have launched their own solo spin-off games.

Based on the official trailer, Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports will feature several playable characters including Lola Bunny, Daffy Duck, Roadrunner, Bugs Bunny, and more. The game also supports a four-player co-op across four arcade-style sports.

The mini-games will feature sports like tennis, soccer, basketball, and golf. There are also themed levels like the Galactic Outpost Delta, Porky's Barn, and more.

Fans Wishes for 'Coyote vs. Acme' Film

The trailer for the game received positive feedback from fans of the franchise. Players must avoid Acme anvils and gain power-ups to get a victory against their opponents.

Despite the good feedback and excitement, several fans are requesting the canceled "Coyote vs. Acme" film to push through. Warner Bros. remains the owner of the characters since the 1930s and the company demands up to $80 million to sell the movie to studios for distribution.

On the contrary, fans are hopeful with the franchise due to the unexpected sports game. According to some fans, the game is refreshing to see how "Looney Tunes" is not tied to basketball alone, anymore.

The physical copy of Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports is now available for preorder for $49.99. Digital preorders are expected to be available ahead of its launch.
