Netflix House Will Feature Interactive Show Sets in 2025

Netflix has been very successful in creating original hit shows for years now, and soon enough, fans will be able to experience them in real life through sets in the streaming giant's physical venue. It will feature themes from Netflix hits like "Bridgerton," "Stranger Things," and many more.

Bringing TV Show Locations to Life

Only a few famous franchises have dedicated places you can go to in order to have a real-life experience of its fictional world. Fans of the "Harry Potter" movies, for instance, can head to Universal Orlando's Wizarding World of Harry Potter to experience the life of a wizard or witch.

With Netflix House on its way to completion, people will soon get to see their favorite TV shows in real life through sets they can interact with. One example is a set from "Squid Game," where you can go through the Glass Bridge challenge, all without dying of course.

There's also the largely popular Regency-era series "Bridgerton," where Netflix claims you can waltz with your partner to an orchestral cover of a Taylor Swift song on a themed set. One can only hope that fans will also find a wig to wear befitting that of Queen Charlotte.

A themed experience will not be complete if you cannot get food afterward. Netflix House will have restaurants nearby that sell food inspired by the streaming service's shows from around the world, so maybe waffles for "Stranger Things," and devil fruit-shaped cakes for "One Piece."

To make the experience memorable, fans can purchase merchandise from their favorite shows. While Netflix only mentioned Hellfire Club T-shirts from "Stranger Things," it will likely have other existing merch like snapback hats from "3 Body Problem" or "Rebel Moon" posters.

" We've launched more than 50 experiences in 25 cities, and Netflix House represents the next generation of our distinctive offerings. The venues will bring our beloved stories to life in new, ever-changing, and unexpected ways," Netflix Chief Marketing Officer Marian Lee said.

Set to open in 2025, the first two locations will be in Dallas and King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. With the way it's phrased, Netflix might just be planning to open more Netflix Houses in other locations, which might depend on the success of the first two.

The location itself will be 100,000 square feet, and the mentioned titles that will be included in the themed experience include "Bridgerton," "Money Heist," "Stranger Things," "Squid Game," and "Netflix Bites." Hopefully, other hit shows and movies will be featured as well.

You Can Have a Digital Experience

If you can't join the fun at Netflix's first brick-and-mortal venue, the streaming giant is also partnering with Roblox to create a digital experience for fans called Nextworld. Upon entering, you will be greeted with 3D interactive spaces within the online game platform.

In the blog post, Netflix says that it allows fans to "explore the Upside Down and come face to face with a Demogorgon," as well as "jump into the East Blue and become the world's most feared pirate." You'll find other hit titles like "Rebel Moon" and "Cobra Kai" within the digital space as well.
