The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has leaked quite extensively as of late, and now the purported device just popped up in a User Agent profile on Samsung's website.
Samsung has already unveiled several devices this year, including the newly-announced Galaxy Tab S, so the rumor mill is again turning toward the highly-anticipated Galaxy Note 4 phablet expected later this year.
Among various reports trying to paint a picture of what to expect in terms of specifications, the purported Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has now surfaced on the company's website in a User Agent profile (UAProf) with model number SM-N910A, as spotted by PhoneArena.
According to the UAProf in question, the purported Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will sport a QHD display with a high-resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, which falls in line with previous rumors. The UAProf further reveals that the device will have a 16-megapixel rear camera.
In addition to the UAProf, the alleged phablet also appeared with the same SM-N910A model number on Zauba, an import-export tracking website in India. This indicates that the handset has already arrived in India for testing and evaluation, just like many other Samsung devices do before they are ready to make their debut. According to Zauba, the phablet comes with the same screen size as the Galaxy Note 3, i.e. 5.7 inches.
Other rumors so far have suggested that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 may launch in two models: one with a curved display, targeting niche markets with a limited release, and the other with a flat QHD screen, which would make a wider debut as the global version of the phablet.
In terms of specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is expected to boast a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor under the hood, coupled with a hefty 4B of RAM. Other rumored specs include a 16-megapixel camera, the latest version of Android (whichever that may be), and a fingerprint sensor.
When it comes to the purported launch date, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is expected to make its debut at the IFA 2014 trade show in September. Nothing is confirmed at this point, however, so it's all in the rumor state for now. As always in such cases, it's highly recommended to take everything with a grain of salt until an official announcement.
