Samsung Galaxy Note 5 May Be Coming This September

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was launched September last year. Online reports are making rounds that the company's latest phablet may be launched in September this year.

After recent photo leaks show Note 5's specs and features, rumors are persistent about a July release. After all, development of the device is earlier than other models of the Samsung Note series.

Earlier reports during the past few days speculated an August launch. Early last month, an IBTimes UK article reported that Samsung confirmed that the device will be formally introduced to the market on September 2015.

The IFA trade show will be held on September 4-9, in Berlin. The high-profile tech company will be taking part in the show. The IFA event has been Samsung's avenue for introducing its Note series since the Galaxy Note's release in 2011.

Photo leaks and specs information making rounds as early as May this year have hinted on an earlier release date. Now, watchers are back to looking at a September launch for the phablet. It makes the mosy sense, coming in time for IFA and before the Christmas rush.

But not everyone seems to agree with the purported release date. Korean website Sogi wrote that the device will be marketed in August. One thing is for sure. The latest addition to the popular phablet series will be coming before Iphone 6s' October release.

Samsung, one of the world's leading mobile companies, introduced its Note series on September 2011. The Korean brand's phablet line has been very popular all over the world.

The company has announced that its new service, Samsung Pay, will be debuting in Galaxy Note 5. Other notable features released regarding the devices include a type C USB port, a glass sheet back, a larger storage memory, and a non-removable battery with higher duration and capacity.

The features received flak from netizens who noted that they contradict the productivity function of the said device.
