"Fallout 4" was highly anticipated by the gamers, but it appears that the days would not bode well for the gamers. Recent rumors, news and updates have surfaced indicating a flaw on PS4. Bethesda was also quick to render updates for the flaw and revealed that to fix the performance issues with PS4, it is vital to re-download the "Far Harbor" DLC pack.
"Fallout 4: Far Harbor" DLC air date was recent but the game has received major complaints upon its release. Out of all the platforms, the PlayStation 4 release had the worst run. But since Bethesda was quick to recognize the issue, the developers rendered a promise to issue a patch to fix the glitch; however, that promised patch never materialized, reports vg24/7.

Instead, the studio released an updated version of the add-on itself on the North American PlayStation Store, and this updated release should address performance issues. But gamers will obviously have to re-download "Far Harbor," as further noted by the same post.

Polygon also disclosed that "Fallout 4: Far Harbor" DLC PS4 players have been complaining about a poor frame rate since the expansion's debut last week. Here are the guidelines on how to run the update.
- Confirm "Fallout 4" is not running. Highlight "Fallout 4" on your PS4 dashboard, press Options and select Close Application to ensure "Fallout 4" is not running while minimized.
- Select Related Items. One will find this under the "Fallout 4" icon on the PS4 dashboard.
- Select My Add-Ons.
- Navigate to the download arrow next to "Far Harbor" and select it.
- One should see a notice that "Far Harbor" has been Added to Downloads.
- Wait for the downloadable content to finish downloading and installing before starting "Fallout 4."
It is undeniable that "Fallout 4" was one of the most promising games released by Bethesda. Given the fact that it was prioritized rather than the "Elder Scrolls," many are anticipating that the game would stand out and not have any glitches at all.
