A "Nuka-World" themed update based on the last "Fallout 4" DLC has been made available to "Fallout Shelter" for free. The latest update included new missions to keep this Bethesda game fresh.
Weekly Missions
The new update is Bethesda's way of celebrating the Nuka-World DLC which is slated for release early next week, according to Gaming Trend. Fallout Shelter players will also receive weekly missions every Friday. However, the player can forego the mission if he or she is willing to part with a Nuke-Cola Quantum.
Those who choose to participate in the quests and complete it will be granted with prizes. The Nuka-World duo Bottle and Cappy will hand out Caps and Nuka-Cola Quantum to those who successfully finished the weekly quests. The Vault will also provide players with extra resources if they complete the missions handed out to them.
Fallout 4 and Nuka-World DLC
Fallout 4 developer Bethesda released a trailer for the Nuka-World DLC. The video was uploaded on YouTube on August 15. The trailer was hosted by the two loveable mascots. The clip soon progressed to show a glimpse in what Fallout 4 fans could expect in Nuka-World.
Basically it showed deadly homemade robots, zombies and huge monsters set in a derelict fantasy world park. A number of weird characters were also presented. One deadly looking worm seemed to have been inspired by the movie "Graboid".
Fallout Shelter and Fallout 4
Fallout Shelter and Fallout 4 were both developed by Bethesda. The former however, is a much simpler game that can be downloaded and played for free on mobile devices such as Android and iOS. It can also be played in Windows PC.
Fallout 4 on the other hand is a much more complex and high end RPG game that is available for the Xbox One, PS 4 and Windows PC.
