"Red Dead Redemption 2" has been rumored to be the latest installation of the "Red Dead" franchise; however, it remains unclear when the next game will arrive. The other "Red Dead" games "Red Dead Revolver" and the "Red Dead Redemption" have been critically acclaimed both by gamers and critics.
It is expected that the "Red Dead Redemption 2" will arrive soon since Rockstar was reportedly working on some exciting future projects. According to hints, the treats are set to be released soon, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnich revealed earlier this year.
There has been a "Red Dead Redemption 2" deleted teaser image spotted online that showed fans the possibility of traveling to a number of Caravan camps as well as the Great Plains in the next installment of "Red Dead." Additionally, there are also indications of more bodies of water and islands too with a new map, TrustedReviews reported.
Rumors have been circulating that an announcement for the "Red Dead Redemption 2" may be made during the Gamescon 2016. However, when nothing came out of that, fans are reportedly hoping for Sony's upcoming PlayStation Meeting instead.
The PlayStation Meeting is set to be held on Sept. 7, which will reportedly be the launching pad of Sony's latest game console, the PlayStation 4 Neo. It has been said that aside from unveiling the new console, there will also be new titles and hardware that will be revealed on the PlayStation Meeting as well, making it the best time for Rockstar to unveil their new game.
It is said to be a coup if the game developer will be able to provide their fans the most awaited offers. Reportedly, there will be a glimpse of the game's new features as well as its revamped graphics on the allegedly more powerful console.
"Red Dead Redemption 2" has not been confirmed yet by Rockstar and Take-Two. Watch the "Red Dead Redemption 2" news gameplay trailer here.
