For a while now, Nvidia has made very calculated efforts to enhance the world of gaming. Particularly, the company has improved GeForce Experience. Its most recent update provides users with a new interface, more features and, in general, a better and more powerful performance.
GeForce Experience 3.0 Redesign And New Features
As Anand Tech points out, the recent update gives users an entirely new interface. After signing in, users see the game view. Automatically, games are arranged in a grid and hovering over one game with a mouse will reveal hide, play or view details options. Correspondingly, clicking on the details will lead the user to GeForce optimization, which allows game configuration.
Meanwhile, if the alternative details view shows a list of games on the left side, while the details are seen on the right side of the screen. Once again, the optimization options are present.
GeForce Experience 3.0 Performance
Nvidia claims that the GeForce update quickens the experience by three times. Despite this, it now uses half the memory.
GeForce Experience 3.0 Excess Details
Nvidia now requires users to log in to use the GeForce Experience, either with a Facebook or a Google account. According to WinBeta, it has been a year since the company first announced its plans to require account usage for its product.
Another added feature is that GeForce Experience now allows users to easily record and share their gameplay to either Twitch or YouTube. The recording will also come about at the highest quality possible - 60fps and 4K video quality. In addition, players will easily be able to trim the video and edit photos.
There is also the inclusion of Gamestream Co-op, allows players to broadcast their gameplay to friends. More impressively, however, is that the feature allows friends to take over the game.
Furthermore, ShadowPlay has already been upgraded to the Share Overlay User Interface.
