Kevin Smith Teases Photo On An Episode Of "The Flash" Season 3 To Be Entitled "Killer Frost"
However, the avid fans of the series "The Flash" are deemed to be very resourceful. Even though Smith covered the episode title with a pen, the fans have found their way through the entire photo and possibly zoomed it frame by frame. They later on saw a view of the episode title on the top part of the script. Although unclear, it said "Killer Frost" in it.
Majority of the audience has already presumed Killer Frost to be dead during an episode in the previous season of "The Flash" wherein the speedster villain known as Zoom stabbed her with an icicle. However, when Barry changed the timeline, this could have changed Killer Frost's fate on Earth 2 as well.
Will Caitlin Snow Of Earth 1 Become Killer Frost As Well?
Some predictions and theories also speculate that Killer Frost could still easily mean Caitlin Snow of Earth 1, and not necessarily the one who had died on another earth. Even though the past two seasons, Caitlin is convinced that she has no metahuman gene in her body, it is still highly possible since Cisco Ramon was also affected by the explosion of the particle accelerator.
There is a possibility that Caitlin going through a dark time after being fooled by Jay Garrick, revealed to have been Zoom all along, could trigger her inner Killer Frost. It doesn't necessarily mean that she becomes a villain as her doppleganger was initially introduced. It could easily mean that Caitlin will unleash the metahuman part of herself in the coming season which in Flashpoint universe.
"The Flash" Season 3 is set to premiere on October 4, 2016.
