Huawei Nova Plus Gets October Release Date In Canada: Full Review

The Huawei Nova Plus will be coming to Canada soon. The Huawei Nova Plus is a mid-range smartphone. With its specs, it approaches flagship level without the high price. As such, it is a smartphone that is worth considering.

The Huawei Nova Plus will be coming out in Canada on October 18. It will be carried by Rogers, Virgin Mobile and Fido. Pricing has not been determined yet, according to GSM Arena. It is also not certain if the smaller Huawei Nova would see a release in the country.

What is impressive with the Huawei Nova Plus is its specs. It has the Snapdragon 625 as its processor. Android Central notes that this processor is fast and can get the job done. During tests, it was able to handle Android Marshmallow very well. With this, the Huawei Nova Plus should perform well with the Snapdragon 625 as its processor and with Android Marshmallow for its OS.

For storage, it has a 32 GB internal storage which could be expanded through microSD. It has 3 GB RAM which should be more than enough to open apps smoothly. The Huawei Nova Plus has a 3,340mAh battery which can last up to 2.2 days. That is a long battery life and shows that the Nova Plus can be energy-efficient.

The 5.5-inch 1080p display of the Huawei Nova Plus is said to be clear, which is what people look for as smartphones are now used to view videos as well, aside from taking photos. For photos, it has a 16 MP rear camera.

The Huawei Nova Plus is well designed also, having slightly curved edges, which give it a softer look. With its brushed metal back, it might not feel too smooth, but then it is also less likely to slip out of one's hands.

Overall then the Huawei Nova Plus is a mid-range smartphone that can almost be like a high-end phone. With the Snapdragon 625 as its processor, it will be efficient and can compare well with high-end phones.
