Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is definitely one of the most highly anticipated games this year, with a release date of October 28. Obviously, as it nears, the hype just continues to snowball. And now, its manga version has been confirmed, making things a lot more interesting. Not just that, a brand new gameplay is expected to be introduced.
As stated in the official Dragon Ball Z Games Facebook page, the so-called Time Patrol Guide -- which is part of THE Collector's Edition -- will arrive with a 10-page manga about Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Although any specifics about its storyline remain a mystery, Banda revealed its first page. On it, the Saiyan Time Patroller (as seen on the trailer) is depicted, answering the call for more and more Time Patrollers.
For the fans of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, they should've known that the original author Akira Toriyama barely draws any DB manga. Nevertheless, it's interesting to know that his disciple Toyotaro is the man behind the aforementioned. Akira, however, iterated that he'll still contribute some basic ideas. But for the role of bringing the franchise back to life, it's no other than his student.
In related Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 news, a new gameplay world is said to have been revealed. According to Capsule Computers, a group of YouTube personalities were invited to capture a couple of the game's footages. It was taken from a recently unveiled build, which allowed them to explore Conton City, a new hub world.
