The Aorus line of gaming laptops from Gigabyte are the latest ones that get Nvidia's new Pascal-architecture graphics cards. The lowest model, Gigabyte Aorus X3 Plus v6 gets the GTX 1060. The top of the Aorus line is the Aorus X7 DT v6 with the GTX 1080 as its graphics card, as Tom's Hardware reports. The other Aorus gaming laptops get the GTX 1070.
The Nvidia GTX 10-series of graphics cards are VR-ready, so the new Aorus lines should be able to support the new VR headsets that are coming for gamers, Laptop Mag reports. Though VR isn't new in gaming, the upcoming VR headsets have technology that make them unique and new.

Storage should be no problem as well for the Aorus gaming laptops as most of them support a quad-storage configuration. The Aorus X3 Plus v6 only has a two-storage configuration which would be more than enough for many people.
The largest of the Aorus line of gaming laptops, the Aorus X7 DT, has a 17-inch display. While, the smallest, the Aorus X3 Plus v6 has a 13.9-inch display. As for price, the Aorus series range from $2,699 for the top Aorus X7 DT to $1,999 for the Aorus X3 Plus v6.
Overall, the Aorus line of gaming laptops from Gigabyte should cater to all types of gamers - from the hardcore gamers down to casual ones. With solid specs, the Aorus line of gaming laptops would compete well with other gaming laptops that now have the Nvidia GTX 10-series of graphics cards as well.
