Get Silenced Gun As Rewards
Another way to acquire different kinds of silenced weapon is by giving rackets to certain people in New Bordeaux. They are Cassandra, Vito and Burke. However, you will need to go through the first three districts in new Bordeaux first and win trophies before you can choose to give the first racket to one of these people.
If you give the first racket to Cassandra, you get the Silenced M1N8 reward. This works automatically which makes it less accurate, thus less damage. Even so, it has a higher rate of shots.
