"Arrow" seasons 5 is set to come back this week with new exciting revelations. A bunch of "Arrow" details have already been spoiled for the new season. For one, Oliver is teased to win back his ex-fiancée Felicity.
Oliver To Win Back Felicity
"Arrow" frontline Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) have been spoiled to rekindle waning flames in season 5. After their engagement spiraled out of control in the previous season, is Felicity already ready to give it one more try? "Arrow" executive producer Wendy Mericle, however, told TV Guide it remains a question as to whether the characters will really come back in each other's arms.
Felicity Has New Beau
If Oliver really is on for a good ride to win back Felicity, he is bound to face new roadblocks along the way as Felicity is taken over by a cop. A new character has been revealed to join the set by the name of Detective Malone to be played by Tyler Ritter. Malone will become Oliver's competition for Felicity. Of the real score between Oliver and Felicity, fans will only know the answer on "Arrow" season 5, episode 5 to air on Nov. 2.
"Arrow" Season 5 Welcomes 4 New Characters
Four new characters are slated to join the "Arrow" set this season. One is Det. According to a report, one new character will be introduced to rock Oliver's past. His name is Prometheus. Mericle spoke of the character as "representation of the lead character's backstory." The producer added that Prometheus will shock Oliver.
The third character to grace the set is named Tobias Church, a crime lord who will strengthen the league of mobs in Star City. Tobias is reportedly played by Chad Coleman. With this information on hand, it seems evident that Oliver and his team should be hunting him down and his allies.
The fourth character is Rene Ramirez, also known as Wild Dog. The character will be played by Rick Gonzalez. Like Tobias Church, Wild Dog is one to hunt down for running a vigilante group.
"Arrow" season 5 airs Wednesdays at 7 p.m. EDT on The CW.
