Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Update: 5 Facts That Every Gamer Needs To Know

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 release date is just around the corner. But before that, players were able to experience the game first-hand with the Beta version. The game's beta gathered positive reviews so far. Based on that observations, we gathered some facts on what notable improvements the developers did on the upcoming Dragon Ball Xenoverse sequel.

According to Heavy, there are several new enhancements made to the game. Here are 5 facts to help us get ready for the forthcoming Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. First, you will be able to explore a new hub world hub called Conton City. This world is reported to be 7-times larger than the previous Toki Toki City. The new hub can now hold 300 online players simultaneously. It can now also enable players to fly on certain areas on the city. Next, character customization makes its return with better options and has five races to choose from.

Third, more familiar characters on the series are added to the game. Based on the first game, several villainous characters are being added to disrupt the series' important events. Apparently, Bandai Namco applies the same idea on the upcoming sequel by adding a mix of old and new characters to the roster which shares the same goal. One new character will be Black Goku which is only available as a pre-order bonus.

Fourth, online multiplayer mode comes back with tougher missions. Bigger Bosses can now be taken down by a maximum of six players. Xenoverse 2 makes these types of battles more challenging than before. Expert missions were also added into this game mode.

Lastly, grab a copy of the game in a variety of ways with their respective bonuses. Pre-ordering the game will give you access on the pre-order bonuses plus two special DLC packs. Getting the game from GameStop will award you a special Super Saiyan Goku keychain while the Amazon Pre-order for the Day One Edition will result to a free digital code for Dragon Ball Z Vol. 1 Comixology.
