Drake, Rihanna Broke Up Over Nicki Minaj; Rapper Says He Wants To Marry Her

Drake and Rihanna had officially split up. After their on and off again relationship as well as Drake's declaration of love for RiRi in the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards in August, the two are not exclusively dating anymore.

Rumor has it that Rihanna was seen hanging out with singer and music producer Travis Scott while Drake was allegedly parading around Instagram with celebrity Dakota Gonzales during his after party in Las Vegas.

Now, new reports surfaced that the "Anaconda" rapper Nicki Minaj is the real cause of their break-up. "Drake's going to date around the block for a cool minute until the woman he truly wants is single," according to a reported source "[Nicki's] the epitome of everything he wants in a woman and, to be honest, the dude is infatuated with her," the source said about Drake's true feelings for Nicki Minaj.

Drake has not been shy about his feelings for Nicki Minaj. He even rapped about it back in 2010 when Nicki Minaj was still single. "I love Nicki Minaj/I told her I'd admit it/I hope one day we get married just to say we f***ing did it," Drake rapped. "And girl I'm f****** serious/I'm with it if you with it/Cause your verses turn me on and your pants are mighty fitted."

According to Hollywood Life, Nicki Minaj has been comforting Drake after his split with Rihanna. "Nicki has always spoiled Drake and that's why he's so attached to her," an insider mentioned. "She is doing the most and telling him everything he wants to hear."

Furthermore, it was mentioned that Nicki always spoiled Drake and she always tells him what he wanted to hear. Could Nicki Minaj really be the cause of Drake and RiRi's break-up?

It seems like Nicki Minaj is still very happy with her boyfriend Meek Mill. But since that two is also known to have an on and off relationship as well, there might be that slight possibility to see Drake and Nicki as a couple in the near future.
