Battlefield 1 players are reportedly set on improving their Scout performance with many finding themselves at the mercy of snipers that are found all over the game. A recent review revealed several tips to get through the game like being more strategic than going for a headshot without considering health.
Aside from daily or weekly practice and natural talent, iDigital Times published a few of their own tips for Battlefield 1 players to consider. First and foremost, positioning is said to be the key to success. High ground, fighting uphill, having a suitable cover, hoping to go unnoticed, or trying to reveal a sniper by force are reportedly some things to consider when choosing a position.
In addition, the most common mistake made in Battlefield 1 is reportedly spawning too close to the frontline but trying to retreat to a higher ground after. This is said to almost always lead to being shot 10 seconds later. It is believed that taking the time to spawn 50 to 100 meters away from the area to place the camp may reduce chances of being spotted after firing a shot.
Moreover, headshots are reportedly not mandatory in Battlefield 1. Headshots are reportedly not always necessary to get a kill. It is believed that tracking the target's movements like when it will inevitably stop or has no particular destination will enable a more accurate shot.
Meanwhile, EA recently announced that an exclusive skin will be available to Battlefield 1 players. Cosmetic skins have also been announced for Titanfall 2 that will be getting a Red Baron-style skin. Buffalo Wild Wings, Mountain Dew and Doritos skins are also slated to roll out soon.
Battlefield 1 multiplayer skins may be acquired from playing the single-player mode. DICE has added several vehicle and weapon skins that may be used in the multiplayer mode. Screenshots of the skins have already surfaced on Reddit. Watch Battlefield 1 Rare Weapon Skin Showcase
