"Scream Queens" season 2, episode 4's cliffhanger has got fans hooked and excited about what's going to happen next. Yet, when episode 5 was not aired on its regular timeslot, rumors of the series cancelation have surfaced.
According to International Business Times, "Scream Queens" season 2 will remain but will just be put on a 15-day hiatus. The reason for the slight delay is to give way for the 2016 World Series, 112th edition of Major League Baseball's Championship which will be aired on the show's current time slot. Hence, "Scream Queens" fans should now be able to relax and stay tuned for the airing of the next episode.
In retrospect, the latest installment had a cliffhanger of Denise Hemphill and Chanel No. 5 being pounced on by the Green Meanie. With Hemphill killed by electrocution, viewers of the show can't help but wonder if Chanel No. 5 will end up like the other or survive. Meanwhile, Hester's act of helping the Green scoundrel in the assassination of the hospital staff has sparked speculations about her involvement with the Green Meanie.
As Dean Cathy Munsch tries to expose the killer, Hester asked her to bring together a Halloween party which ended in extreme horror. More exciting revelations are expected from the anticipated "Scream Queens" season 2, episode 5, entitled "Chanel Pour-Homme-icide". With the intent to keep everything a secret, Dean will go against the odds and turn to the authorities for help in this episode. The police report will bring in more traffic of patients into the hospital.
Feeling tired of doing dirty work, Chanel tries to recruit new patients to join the Chanels. As reports say, new recruits for Chanel No. 7 and Chanel No. 8 will be added. Plus, Zayday and Chanel No. 5's trip to someone who has a former connection to the hospital will be featured in episode 5 as it is an effort to discover the identity of the serial killer. Finally, a new patient's condition will make the hospital go a little mad. This is another mind-boggling question for all the "Scream Queens" fans.
"Scream Queens" season 2 airs Tuesday nights on FOX. Episode 5 is slated to air on Nov. 1.
