The Meek Mill and Drake beef are still going on full swing, as rumors of Drake trying to get a bit close to his girlfriend Nicki Minaj have surfaced. He responded to this by releasing a new diss track that has some rhymes blasting Drake.
It seems like Mill is a tad bit affected by Drake's alleged interest to Minaj. It has been rumored that ever since Drake and Rihanna broke up, the Toronto rapper and Minaj has been exchanging sweet messages.
One message that the "Super Bass" singer reportedly sent to Drake was a birthday greeting that said: "She loves him and that she can't work to work with him again."
That sounds a bit too cozy for comfort considering Meek Mill is in a well-publicized feud with Drake. Their beef has been going on for some time now and is only getting nastier by the day.
Fans might remember that Drake is not shy of professing his love for the female rapper. He has written some pretty bold lyrics in one of his songs about wanting to marry her someday. And in an interview, he was quoted as saying that:
"If there's any woman in my life that's the ideal woman for me, it's definitely Nicki,"gushed Drake. "Nicki is somebody I could spend my life with because I think we understand each other."
This whole fiasco has caused numerous fights between Nicki Minaj and her current boyfriend, Meek Mill.
And that has led to numerous back and forth disses on their songs for a while now. The latest track titled "Litty" is from Mill, who had Tory Lanez blurt out the following lines:
"They be making memes, I be making millions / I just counted up a Quentin Miller / A Q.M, that's a quarter milli."
This is an obvious reference to accusations that Drake is using a ghostwriter to make his lyrics.
The ball is now in Drake's court.
