The CW’s “The 100” is so back and fans are in for a thrilling treat of powerful action and heartbreaking drama. With season 4 currently in the works, the series’ crew couldn’t be more excited as they passed on teasers in the web.
A report confirmed that viewers of the post-apocalyptic science fiction will have their share of a Thanksgiving treat as “The 100” season 3 will be aired in Netflix next month. Producer Aaron Ginsburg teased a bloody season in his tweet that says “It's official: #The100 Season 3 hits @netflix on November 16th. Blood, death, heartbreak, all in time for Thanksgiving!”
Soon as 2016 holidays will reach a conclusion, a February 2017 release date of the show’s fourth installment is likely to come to fruition. As early as now, major spoilers are being hinted on the fate of the main characters.
A site mentioned that the forthcoming season is not about stopping a strong enemy. Instead, the battle for survival will be evident among Clarke Griffin (Eliza Taylor) and the rest of her squad. To recall, the previous season showed Clarke’s destroying of the artificial intelligence responsible for the nuclear apocalypse 97 years ago. As a consequence, the Earth becomes uninhabitable because of the damaging effects that were caused, hence, horrible deaths of some characters are set to happen.
Another interesting episode to watch out on the upcoming chapter of the series is Clarke’s new romance. Showrunner Jason Rothenberg teased that Clarke will find her way to love again following Lexa’s downfall. Rothenberg said that she “will be with somebody eventually. I’m not gonna say who, I’m not gonna say when, I’m not gonna say whether it’s a guy or a girl — but, you know, she’s bi, and that really means it can be anybody.”
