However, her life hasn't always been that picture-perfect as it is now. She admits to having been battling with depression since she was 10.
According to the singer, her depression started when grandfather died back when she was 10 years old. She has been going through therapy since then, and has been through a lot of sessions. She has admitted to how easily it was for her to go the dark place or dark side of her life every time she is depressed. Everything then changed when she gave birth to her son, although it didn't happen at an instant. She was still gradually trying to get better to give her son the mother he deserves.

She loves her son so much that her schedule revolves around him, both work and personal related matters. She doesn't mind having been able to give up things if it is best for him. She also quit smoking and drinking after she gave birth, making sure that she gives him the life that is best for him.
