Each has its own advantage and disadvantage, so each presents equal opportunity to be the strongest being in the galaxy. More than that, each race also has a unique super transformation.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Super Transformation: Pure Majin
Pure Majin is the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 super transformation of, as you would have guessed, the Majin people. Choosing this race will get you a chance to unlock this powerful technique, but this will close off the opportunities for the other transformations.
You can get the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Pure Majin skill by visiting Majin Buu in his house. It is located in the northwestern floating time rift, where he is all alone. He'll wish he has a family, so you're going to help him with that.
You will notice a bar in the upper right corner of the screen, which you'll aim to fill up by feeding Majin Buu food. Filling it up will make him spawn another small Majin. Keep doing this and he'll have enough members for his family. Take note, though. This is incredibly time-consuming.
As thanks for your help, Majin Buu will train you to get the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Pure Majin super transformation. Turning into this transformation will significantly increase your strength and speed.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Super Transformation: Super Saiyan 1, 2, 3
If you're a Saiyan in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, you can unlock Super Saiyan 1, 2, 3. There is also a Future Super Saiyan transformation, but it is unlocked in a different way. You'll want to talk to Vegeta in the Capsule Corp time rift when you can see a green question mark in that area of the map.
Go there and fight Vegeta. After which, wait until he wants to challenge you again by watching out for the green question mark. When you are instructed to talk to his family, Bulma and Trunks, do so. Wait for him again so you can get the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Super Saiyan transformation.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Super Transformation: Nimbus
Choosing Earthling will open you to the Nimbus super transformation in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Right after the first mission, it is advised that you go to Hercule's house immediately to meet Great Saiyaman and Great Saiyawoman.
They will invite you to be Great Saiyaman 3, allowing you access to their quests. As you complete quests, they will acknowledge you and train you. Just continue completing the missions and soon you will be able to summon Nimbus.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Super Transformation: Giant Namekian
To unlock Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Giant Namekian, you will need to be a Namekian, obviously. Head over to Guru's house time rift to get started. You will partake in some quests, which involve protecting the dragon balls against Frieza, Saiyans and other enemies.
There is a time limit in collecting the Dragon Balls. When time runs out, you will have to take them from Frieza's ship. Just continue doing the quests until Guru unlocks the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Giant Namekian super transformation.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Super Transformation: Golden Frieza
If you chose the villain-y look of Frieza in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, you can go Gold. As expected, you will head to the time rift where Frieza's ship is to join him. You will face Zarbon and Ginyu before the villain takes you directly under his wing.
When you have achieved that, you will complete a number of quests and soon, you will be invited to battle Frieza in his Ultimate Form. When you emerge as the winner, you will be granted the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Golden Frieza super transformation.
