Netflix's adult animated comedy series "BoJack Horseman" season 4 is speculated to debut sometime in summer of 2017. This speculation follows last season's premiere date which was also set in summer. Meanwhile, the show's production team still remains mum on what fans can expect from the upcoming season. However, the show's Twitter page has recently opened a poll where it was revealed that fans want to eliminate Mr. Peanutbutter in season 4.
"BoJack Horseman," considered to be one of the smartest adult animations ever created, has been recently renewed for a fourth installment. This follows the decent ratings "BoJack Horseman" season 3 received and the heavy demand from its fandom for the show's return.
Rumors now have it that "BoJack Horseman" season 4 is already well underway. However, the plotline is still kept under wraps, leaving fans clueless about what the new season will tackle. Since the silence of the show's production team is putting fans in frenzy, "BoJack Horseman" tried to make its fandom entertained by getting their opinion through an online poll.
Although the show promised to drop major hints about the new season's plotline, spoilers are still slow to surface making fans worried if the new season is really in the works. Following this, "BoJack Horseman's" Twitter page started to collect the opinions of its fans to keep them entertained and discover what they really want to see in season 4. Most fans then voted to see less of Mr. Peanutbutter (voiced by Paul F. Tompkins). Twenty percent of the total voters want to totally eliminate the character in the upcoming season. A campaign for a great storyline for the show was also started by one of its fans.
While fans are kept busy by the program's social media page, theories came out surmising BoJack to confess about his alleged daughter in the upcoming season. It can be remembered that a new lady character appeared somewhere towards the end of season 3. Fans were then fast to speculate that the mysterious new horse is Bojack's secret daughter. Another theory came out that season 4 will also see less of Diane Nguyen (voiced by Alison Brie) since she was previously reported to sign as lead star for Netflix's new series, "G.L.O.W."
While it seems like two characters might be less active in "BoJack Horseman" season 4, fans might still be thrilled to know that Will Arnett and Amy Sedaris will still reprise their parts of voicing Bojack and Princess Carolyn, respectively.
"BoJack Horseman" season 3 tackled a lot of social issues being dealt with by most adults these days including alcoholism, depression, coping with stress and failure, and drug abuse. The show is claimed to be the most audience-friendly show today which can be seen with its fans' active interaction on the program's social media accounts. While it strived hard to earn good reviews on its first installment, the show gradually leveled up until it gained positive ratings and won the Best Animated Series at Critics' Choice Television Awards.
The much anticipated "BoJack Horseman" season 4 is expected to air in summer 2017.
