‘Criminal Minds’ Season 12, Episodes 5 & 6 Spoilers: Strange Discovery Of Murder Victims' Past; Weird Disappearance Of Three Children Investigated

"Criminal Minds" season 12, episode 5 reveal that the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) will be investigating a murder of families stemming from bullying, while Prentiss' team will discover something from the victims' past. On the other hand, weird disappearances of three children trace back to a similar case that happened 30 years ago.

Murder Victims' Past

Spoilers for "Criminal Minds" season 12, episode 5 titled "The Anti-Terrorism Squad" unveil the goriest aftermath of bullying. Prentiss (Paget Brewster) and her team at BAU set off on an investigation involving the massacre of two separate families. Two survivors from the massacre admit bullying started it all. Team researcher Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness) will find out a terrifying fact regarding the families traced from their social media profiles that could have possibly led to the tragic incident.

Spoilers also reveal that Garcia will discover that a number of the survivors' classmates were not compassionate about the murderous occurrence as many have received denigrations. BAU discovers that the survivors are known bullies at school. In the upcoming episodes, the children could be an important key to solve a mystery in the past and the future.

Disappearance Of Three Children

On the other hand, "Criminal Minds" season 12, episode 6 titled "Elliot's Pond" will witness three children who disappear as they drive their bikes on the same course. The team sets off an investigation about this and finds out that exactly similar instance had already happened 30 years ago. There are no concrete details about how the past connects to the current case but spoilers divulge that survivors of the massacre could possibly help BAU provide a lead on the incident.

Episode 4 "Keeper"

In episode 4 titled "Keeper," BAU was in hot pursuit of a serial killer who had hidden himself in the outback of Virginia. It was Prentiss' first feat as the leader of the BAU.
