Overwatch can be downloaded for free, but players can enjoy the game for a limited time only. Blizzard is offering the multiplayer first-person shooter game next weekend to those who have not tried the game yet, hoping that this will translate to sales.
Overwatch Is Free Next Weekend
Overwatch can be downloaded for free from Nov. 18 to 21 and the players can enjoy the game without any charge. According to IGN, the game will have the complete roster of 22 heroes, 13 maps and play modes such as Quick Play, Custom Games and the Weekly Brawl.
PC, PS4 and Xbox One users can access Overwatch for free next weekend. The players can save the game's development and can be transferred should they decide to purchase it. This is not the first time for Blizzard to let its fans enjoy a free game. Last September, one of the owners had a trial of their games. Now, the latest game is being offered as free one for curious players to try it.
However, the players need to be members of the PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold Membership in order to avail the free Overwatch download. The download will begin on Nov. 18 at exactly 11:00 AM and will end on Nov. 21 at 4:00 PM.
Overwatch's Big Update Is Here
Overwatch has a new update that will be including Sombra and a new addition in Arcade mode that features 1v1 and 3v3. However, Sombra was teased even before, making a lot of players curious about the newest hero to be part of the game.
The new gaming modes of Overwatch such as 1v1 and 3v3 will be even better than before. The new modes will be more competitive and difficult for the players since the Arcade modes are upgraded. The players need to be better and to be smarter, in a report on MMORPG.
