Charles Martinet, the original voice actor for both Mario and Luigi for the west version, has a personal IMDb page that was recently updated with some very interesting information. If his page is any indication, two legendary Mario Games are coming to Nintendo Switch: Super Sunshine HD and Super Mario Galaxy 3 are going to be among the numerous titles that are going to hit along with the official release of the gaming console next year.
Two Super Mario games coming to Switch
Super Mario Sunshine HD is set for release in 2017, which means it could possibly be a launch title for the Nintendo Switch. There are also some changes chance that Super Mario Galaxy 3 will also be hitting Nintendo Switch next year. With that being said, it has definitely got a lot of Mario fans pumped for the Switch's coming release. There are also reports about Nintendo not abandoning Wii U with the introduction of an untitled Mario Golf game that is currently under development for the Wii U, as mentioned by Martinet's IMBb page.
More games will be coming
Super Mario Sunshine HD would be a great addition to the games lineup for the Nintendo Switch. Nintendo will be talking more about its newest console, along with the price, games, and more on their upcoming January event. Nintendo is making strides towards making the Switch a success and for that to happen, it will be needing a strong flow of interesting games from both 1st and 3rd parties. Games like Mario, Zelda, and Star Fox will eventually come to Switch.
