Blueprints are items on Dishonored 2 that can be used to develop different upgrades for your weapons, equipment and items. Some of them allow you to morph your weapons into powerful ones. Here's a complete guide on where to find blueprints in all missions on Dishonored 2.
Edge Of The World Blueprints
In this mission, two blueprints can be found. "Dispersed Incendiary Release" is in an awning's safe inside the building you can see from the dock. This slaughters your enemies. "Hardened Bolt" is in the Overseers Office. This causes more damage.
The Good Doctor Blueprints
In this mission, two blueprints can be found. "Combat Sleep Dart Formula" is in the room's safe located inside the building with a main glass door. Proceed to the wrecked pathway then to the said room. This blueprint inflicts instant sleep. "Mercury Vapor Distillation" is in Joe Hamilton's office. This helps stinging bolt to cause enemies to escape and forget.
The Clockwork Mansion Blueprints
In this mission, four blueprints can be found. "Pyro-sonic Casing" is in Lower Aventa District, inside a room's safe in the station. "Alloy Polarization" is in Upper Aventa District, inside a classroom of the building. "Conductive Filaments" and "Slug Splintering Wedges" are in the Clockwork Mansion. The former is in a room where there are two civilians. The latter is in the cupboard in the area where Kirin Jindosh will be killed.
The Royal Conservatory Blueprints
In this mission, two blueprints can be found at Cyria Gardens Conversatory. "Triggered Housing" is in the room where the Light Gate is located. "Configurable Grooving" can be acquired through side mission given by the Black Market vendor.
The Dust District Blueprints
In this mission, two blueprints can be found. "Spike Grenade Housing" is in the chest inside a room on the second floor of Crone Hand Pub. "Secondary Coiling" is in the area where you need to pass by "Saloon."
A Crack In The Slab Blueprints
"Firing Chamber Pivot" needs you to go back in time. Get inside the vault somewhere in the pathways near the dining room.
The Grand Palace Blueprints
In this mission, three blueprints can be found. "Small-scale Combustion" is in one of the apartments whose exit stairs lead to the Grand Palace. "Blade Conversion" is in the cabinet inside a room on the third floor of the palace. "Folded Galvani Resin" is in a hidden area where you need to take the stairwell of the palace that will lead you to the bottom.
Death To The Empress
In this mission, two blueprints can be found. "Dual Layered Galvani Weave" is in Anton Sokolov's office. "Counter-blast Inversion" is in a room's safe inside a building beside "Dunwal Tower Entrance."
