Bethesda has already iterated that The Elder Scrolls 6 will be released. However, the studio didn't give out any specifics as to when. This didn't entirely stop the fans from speculating, though. In fact, some are hoping that the company have started developing it, only that the devs wanted things to be kept under wraps. Well, based on new reports, it seems to be true.
According to Neurogadget, there are rumors about The Elder Scrolls 6 being developed in secret. This goal seems to be of value that the studio reportedly banned their employees from mentioning even a tiny word about it. While this can be taken as a grain of salt, almost all players know how the video game company plays when it comes to such information.
As vague as its release date, The Elder Scrolls 6 remains a mystery in terms of its official title. However, there are enthusiasts who believe that Bethesda might move forward on naming it as The Elder Scrolls 6: Argonia. Obviously, this will make every fan out there happy. After all, many suggest that the Argonians didn't entirely receive recognition and attention, at least during the peak of Skyrim's storyline. So, in a sense, there's that possibility of the studio focusing on it.
It is worth noting that there's also this possibility of The Elder Scrolls 6 following the same path that Fallout 4 did. In the past, the latter title was also kept under wraps. Bethesda kept on dissing rumors after rumors, only to surprise the community with a big reveal. This happened few months prior to the release of the game.
Also, if The Elder Scrolls 6 is really to be released, numerous analysts say that the release window might be in 2019. After all, the studio isn't really looking to rush things out. The developer has already mentioned about their plans of working on two new projects first. And yes, this might certainly be the case.
