Battlefield 1 is arguably one of the most critically-acclaimed game titles this year and it is set to receive a big November update soon. Currently, game developer DICE has announced the launch date and time for each of the title's slated platforms. The said update will officially go live tomorrow which will cause the game servers to go offline across all platforms to make a way for the pre-maintenance.
According to the report from Attack of the Fanboy, the patch notes for the said update has yet to be released, however, a maintenance window has been provided for all platforms. For all PS4 players, multiplayer will go offline for one hour starting at 10 AM GMT/ 2AM PT/ 5AM ET. For players on Xbox One, servers for the multiplayer will go offline for an hour starting at 12 PM GMT / 4 AM PT / 7 AM ET. Lastly, PC players is scheduled on 8 AM GMT/ 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET which multiplayer during that time will go offline for an hour.
As of now, the only thing that is confirmed to arrive on this said patch is the Rent-A-Server program. It has been explained that on a rented server, players will be able to customize some areas of the gameplay such as server name, map rotation, game mode, various game play settings and more.
EA said that they might restrict some of the game modes available at launch and will gradually unlock them based on the received feedback and other circumstances. The publisher also added that they will keep adding several customization options and UI designs during the course of 2016. Meanwhile, November patch notes are expected to be added after the update.
Battlefield 1 is a first-person shooter game from DICE and is playable through PlayStation 4. Xbox One and PC platforms.
