The Edge of the World will be the first mission in Dishonored 2. There will be a total of 9 runes and 6 bone charms in this area. Here's where you can find all the runes and bone charms. Remember, though, use the heart to lead you.
First Dishonored 2 tip, go outside after meeting the Outsider and getting the heart. The first rune is on the altar. After waking up from meeting the Outsider, you'll find yourself in the cabin of the Dreadful Whale. There's a box on the right side of the desk which contains two bone charms.
Roam around the ship and head to the "port" side of the ship. Jump and swim around 10 meters from the hull where you can find a small shipwreck. You can find a rune inside the cabin. This Dishonored 2 task should be quick or you'll run out of breath.
Once you step onto the Karnaca port, find a dead harpooned whale along the docks. There's a rune lodged on its mouth. Grab the sawhorse to the left and get some whalebone just in case you want to craft a bone charm. There are more whalebones up ahead the port.
The next Dishonored 2 rune will be in the Black Market and you have two options to get this. The first one is easy but will cost you a lot of money. Just buy it from the merchant for 400 coins. The second option is a lot more difficult because you have to steal the Black Market key. Click the link to tell you how to steal the Black Market key to get the rune. You'll have some extra goodies too if you decide to take this route.
After this, go back to ground level of the bloodfly mansion in Dishonored 2. Cross the main track by staying as close as possible to the wall until you reach the iron gate. Use Blink or Far Reach to get into the balcony where you will hear some Overseers arguing with a civilian through a window. Shoot the window shutter using your crossbow and wait until the Overseers' suspicion die down before moving in.
Go straight from the shutter to the hallway and get the bone charm under the floorboards. To the right, you will see an Outsider's shrine in a small closet with a painting. There, you will be able to find two runes.
Get out of the Overseer's shrine into the balcony facing the office. Turn right and jump up the blue canopy above you. Use Far Reach or Blink to get across the roof. Run along the roof to find a dead body filled with bloodflies. You will be able to find a bone charm beside it.
The next Dishonored 2 mission will be a bit difficult. Go to the main office and Blink across the highest balcony where you will hear some overseers discussing music boxes. Wait for them to go to the prayer room before killing them. Then, go back to the study and look for a note that contains three separate scriptures. Once you get it, go to the main office and look for a safe. There's a book beside it which contains the number for each scripture. That will be your safe key. Unlock the safe and retrieve the rune. There's also a pile of silver for your taking.
After that, go to the fourth floor, eliminate all the overseers, get the key from the head interrogator, unlock the door, and retrieve another bone charm. From the overseer's office, you'll also find a small table with an overseer and some people. Simply Blink or Far Reach while the guard is not looking to retrieve the rune and bone charm.
In front of the overseer office, there's a canal where you will find your next rune stuck in a wooden blockage. Get down the water and shoot the lower most part of the blockage with your crossbow. A rune will drop into your hands as the blockage shatters.
Lastly, you go straight to Addermire Station and into Winslow's Safe where you'll find a giant safe. Wait until the clerk looks away and steal the combination. The safe combination changes every gameplay so you have to guess it. Inside, you'll be rewarded with a Dishonored 2 bone charm and some gold ingots.
