"The Originals" season 4 has already been confirmed to welcome new faces on set. Summer Fontana is one of the much-anticipated new cast members to join the show. Fontana will be portraying the grown-up Hope, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Hayley's (Phoebe Tonkin) 7-year-old daughter. On her Instagram post last week, the child actress shared a photo of her and the rest of the cast members taken from the set with caption: "I am very thankful for these women who I am privileged to work with and know. #The Originals #Thankful. @phoebejtonkin @brooneydirector @cadlymack @toryfay."
"The Vampire Dairies" Crossover
Meanwhile, season 4 will open with the Mikaelsons' major debacle - illness for hopeless moment. While it spares Klaus, finding a solution to solve the problem must be hard. Lucky for him and Hayley because Hope has grown up to support them.
On the other hand, it has long been speculated that a character or two from "The Vampire Diaries" might be making a cameo appearance on the show. Name being dropped is Candice King who plays Caroline Forbes on TVD. Caroline might be moving to New Orleans to help the Mikaelsons solve their problem. What awaits the Mikaelsons on "The Originals" season 4? Stay tuned for more updates!
