Eevee is one of the top favorite Pokemon that players can catch in 'Pokemon Sun and Moon'. And it's not surprising because Eevee is one of the few Pokemon that can evolve into 8 different Pokemon. Luckily for players who want to collect them all, we’ve got you covered. This guide covers where to find Eevee, and to evolve them into different forms.
Where to Find Eevee in Pokemon Sun and Moon
Unfortunately, Eevee’s habitat is found on the second island in 'Pokemon Sun and Moon' so it's going to take a while before you can get your hands on it. Once you’re on the second island, you will be tasked to go to a Pokemon Ranch and you will find Eevee spawn every once in a while on your way there. Usually, it’s the area right before the Ranch. Another known habitat is along Route 5 but Eevee usually calls for some help so make sure you’re prepared.
How to Evolve Eevee to Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Flareon
The first three evolve of Eevee requires stones in 'Pokemon Sun and Moon'. Jolteon needs a Thunder Stone and you can find one at the back of the caravan at the Fossil Restoration Center on Route 8. If you need more you can go to Poke Pelago or buy it for 3000 credits at Konikoni city shops. As for Vaporeon, you will need a Water Stone and you can easily find one for free on Route 8 in the small island’s water. For Flareon, find a Fire Stone in the hot rock located at the North West corner of the Tunnel of Diglett. You will need a Tauros to get it out. If you need more you can get another at Poke Pelago or buy it again for 3000 credits in Konikoni City shops.
How to Evolve Eevee to Espeon and Umbreon
To evolve into Espeon and Umbreon in 'Pokemon Sun and Moon', you just need to get the happiness value really high and start the evolution during the day for Espeon and night for Umbreon. To see how high the level of Happiness of your Pokemon is, visit Konikoni City’s market and one of the people there can tell how happy your Eevee is. Usually, anything over 220 is already good.
How to Evolve Eevee to Sylveon, Leafeon, and Glaceon
Now this evolution can be quite tricky in 'Pokemon Sun and Moon'. You first need to let your Eevee learn a fairy type move and get it to two hearts. If you did this right, you should get a Sylveon when Eevee levels up. However, if you’re not sure of your Eevee’s level of affection, start Pokemon Refresh in the menu to see Eevee’s profile.
To get Leafeon, you need to have Eevee in your party and go to Lush Jungle which is close to Akala Island’s Route 8. Go inside and look for the green rock that’s covered with moss and is soft to touch. Battle with wild Pokemon there until your Pokemon levels up and then you’ll finally get Leafeon. The same goes for Glaceon but this time you will need to look for a Frozen rock that’s covered in ice and touching it could freeze you.
