"Grey's Anatomy" season 13, episode 10 is slated to return next year and the medical series left viewers with major cliffhangers. There's a lot for fans to anticipate as the series moves on to another chapter. Here's how episode 10 could return in January 2017.
Alex's Decision
The mid-season finale of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 stunned viewers with Alex's (Justin Chambers) decision. From the looks of the final minutes of episode 9, Alex decided to accept the plea bargain agreement with the prosecutor to prevent Jo (Camilla Luddington) from testifying. With regard to Alex's trial, viewers have to watch out for the court's verdict. Unexpected twist could also be Andrew withdrawing his complaint in hopes to protect Jo whom he might start to fall into.
Owelia's Future
Owelia has been on the skids following Amelia's (Caterina Scorsone) realization that she's not ready to build a family, and she's uncertain If she'd be prepared in the future. Episode 10 will show whether or not Amelia is finally making up her mind and leave Owen (Kevin McKidd). What fans should watch out for is if Owen will fight for his marriage or just let Amelia take a break.
Eliza Minnick Becomes A Threat
Grey Sloan has seen quite a few changes after the re-entry of Eliza Minnick (Marika Dominczyk). Some of the staff have been intimidated, some messed. Viewers should look forward to episode 10, especially as to how Minnick will come into play with Weber's (James Pickens, Jr.) position at the hospital being put in danger. For the rest of the season, Eliza is a key to spice up some relationships at Grey Sloan, which could be destructive or constructive. Elsewhere, Arizona Robbins (Jessica Chapsaw) will take center stage under the helm of Minnick in the next episodes.
Meredith-Nathan-Maggie Love Triangle
While speculations sparked that Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Alex could be made for each other, the obvious for now points to the love triangle between Meredith, Nathan (Martin Henderson) and Maggie (Kelly McCreary). Could Meredith be tempted for some romance with Nathan? Will Maggie discover the truth?
