Two familiar faces will be coming back just in time for Christmas in "NCIS" season 14, episode 10. One is to spend the Christmas holidays while the other will be tied up in an old murder case in the Christmas episode titled, "The Tie That Binds."
According to the official synopsis for "NCIS" season 14, episode 10. Adam Campbell will return as Young Ducky as the NCIS tracks down a murder case linked to his deceased mother. Apparently, the pieces of evidence that the team will discover from the murder of a Navy captain has some connection to the death of his mother and Ducky will question an important choice he made 37 years ago.
NCIS's chief medical examiner will get into an unpleasant situation. In the promo for "NCIS" season 14, episode 10, a dead body will be found and it has Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard's (David McCallum) address on its pocket. The NCIS team will question him.
The team will also exchange gifts for Christmas. The promo shows the holiday spirit in the team and they will have a toast. Meanwhile, Joe Spano will have a visit as Senior FBI Agent Tobias Fornell to have a Christmas dinner with NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon). Other guest stars include Juliette Angelo as Emily Fornell, Adam Croasdell as Young Angus Clarke and Caroline Lagerfelt as Mrs. Victoria Mallard.
It was reported previously that "NCIS" season 14 might be Harmon's last season in the crime drama. The series mainstay is rumored to be leaving the show due to other commitments and the show's low ratings. Season 14 has the lowest ratings compared to the other seasons. It has an average of below 15 million viewers while previous seasons had up to 20 million viewers.
"NCIS" season 14, episode 10 will air on Tuesday, Dec. 13 at 8 p.m ET on the CBS. Watch the promo below:
