Final Fantasy XV Patch 1.03 Disappoints Many Players; Here's Why

Few days ago, Final Fantasy XV players had been excited to know that Square Enix worked in the pipeline two updates-the patch 1.03 and the Holiday Pack. Both surprises have already been released and players are stoked to get both gifts and improvements for the game. However, many Final Fantasy XV players are disappointed. Here's why.

Patch 1.03 Disappoints Players

Final Fantasy players clamored on different outlets that the patch 1.03 released by Square Enix recently did not fix the graphics issue in the game. The patch had been expected to provide solution on the bug causing intermittent flickering and black spots on the screen as experienced by many players. Many Xbox One players also have voiced out that the game on their console becomes blurry at times.

Unfortunately, Square Enix hasn't responded so yet on the new matter prompting player to turn to forums and YouTube to vent out their concern and in hopes to catch the developer's attention. A couple of days, Square Enix announced that it is releasing the update to fix HUD issues and glitches. For the time being, Final Fantasy XV players have to wait for the developer's announcement.

Final Fantasy XV Holiday Pack

On a positive news, Final Fantasy's Holiday Pack has been received well by players for its exciting offering. The downloadable content (DLC) gives players unique abilities helpful to get special items as easy and as convenient as possible. It also allows players to reduce stamina consumption which apparently is a great help. On top of these, the Holiday Pack brings new accessories in the game for a more interesting gameplay experience.

Most specially, the Holiday Pack give players an access to the Moogle Chocobo Carnival which will happen mid-January. The carnival brings a revamped version of Altissa wherein players can customize carnival clothes and embark on new quests

Final Fantasy XV is now available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
