Nights Of Azure 2: New Characters, Subordinate Demons List, More

Nights of Azure 2 is a role-playing game developed by Gatsu and published by Koei on PS4, PS3, and PS Vita. The game features an RPG style where the main characters battle alongside their Servan or subordinate demons similar to summons in Final Fantasy. As they win more battles, they become much stronger and gained more abilities. In Nights of Azure 2, new characters and Servans ate introduced.

The most prominent and the newest addition to the game is Veruschka a half-demon who was the product of the Curia's experiments. When the Curia abandoned her, the Order of Lourdes found and saved her. She grew up loyal to the Order of Lourdes, which strongly opposes the Curia.

Veruschka is described as someone with an amazing speed and fighting ability. Her signature attack is consecutive attacks where she uses two daggers to execute them. With those attacks, she can kill multiple enemies or a single enemy with just one blow. Although, she first sought Alushe to kill her, a situation placed them together which left Veruschka with no choice but to fight alongside Alushe as a Lily.

Aside from Veruschka, Nights of Azure 2 also added 7 new Servans or subordinate demons in the game. These include Pitz, Alice, Eir, Dure, Nero, Fiyu, and Shaif.

Pitz is a striker Servan which specializes in a hit-and-run attack before she transforms herself into a partisan. Alice is also a striker subordinate demon which summons a rabbit soldier while fighting. Alice can transform herself into a shield that both attacks and defends. Eir is a very strong subordinate which specializes in multi-attacks before transforming into a big sword that can sustain massive blows against the enemy. Then, there's also Dure which specializes in close range fighting and which can transform into a lance.

Nights of Azure 2 is set for release in February 2017 on the PS4 and PS Vita in Japan. No exact details have been provided yet regarding its North America release.
