Forza Motorsport 7 is expected to be a hit game in the new year. While Microsoft opted to kept mum about details on Forza Motorsport 7, a Fanatec executive apparently could not hold the information together. It has allegedly been revealed that a new wheel guy has been added in the team as well as other details from behind closed doors.
A Real-life Racer Behind Forza Motorsport 7
Recently, Fanatec CEO Thomas Jackermeier was noted for posting on the official Fanatec forum to reveal news about the Forza Motorsport 7. Apparently, the Forza compatible racing wheels maker opted to ask for suggestions from the Forza Motorsport 7 fan base. Jackermeier noted that any wheel, pedal or shifter issues that FM6 players may have had may be revealed to him for Forza Motorsport 7.
Additionally, Jackermeier also noted that new things may be expected of Forza Motorsport 7. Apparently, a new person has been placed in charge of the physics and force feedback of the upcoming game making him the wheel guy. Moreover, this person is allegedly a real world racer who has car engineering background as well as PC simracing.
It should be noted that the Fanatec CEO was talking about details allegedly based on a meeting with Turn 10 Studios. He further noted that the company places importance on the PC market dominated by the wheel users. Apparently, the CEO opted to leave out details on any features present in Forza Motorsport 7.
What Makes Fanatec's CEO Different From Others?
In other news, the accessory manufacturer has been noted to make high-quality and top-grade racing peripherals especially for racing games like Forza Motorsport 7. The company's accessories are also noted to be expensive. On that note, the CSL Elite Wheel has been noted to cost nearly $575 USD.
Forza Motorsport 7 leaks that Jackermeier revealed apparently sparked rumors that the executive was unlike many others. Apparently, the executive's decision to directly communicate with his fans via forums reportedly sets him apart from the others.
