Australia Weather: Three Day Heat Wave To End The Year In Sydney

Australia weather reported today that there will be heat waves starting today. Western Sydney is forecast to hit 40 degrees Celsius today.

Sydney's heat wave will continue until New Year's day. The temperature is expected to climb at 42 degrees Celsius. Making it the hottest year in more than 150 years.

NSW police alerted people to stay hydrated and in air-conditioned rooms.

The Bureau of Meteorology has forecast severe heat wave conditions across all of coastal NSW, with the unbearable heat tipped to linger through to New Year's Day.

Melbourne is expected to experience thunderstorms and heavy rains after the hot night this year. There would be a possibility of flash flooding on Thursday.

Despite of this stormy weather conditions, the Victorian capital should stay at 32 degrees Celsius throughout the day.

According to Daily Mail, Brisbane will experience five days straight perfect summer. Hitting 34 degrees Celsius on Sunday and Monday.

A Bureau of Meteorology spokesman told the Courier Mail the roasting temperatures were a result of a northwest breeze that would bring warm air from central Queensland.

The heat wave that is very alarming prompted authorities to issue warnings.

First is to stay hydrated. Next is avoiding alcohol, sugary and hot drinks. The third is to avoid physical unnecessary activities. Lastly is to stay out of the sun during the hottest part of the day.

According to ABC News, because of the Australia weather today, people should be cautious about heat stroke. There is also a very high fire danger forecast.

Surf Life Saving NSW released a safety plea, telling people safety guides to prevent heat stroke. First step is to seek shade, stay well hydrated and control their breathing.

If the procedure is not successful. And if the person's condition deteriorates. This is the time that people should alert the life savers or life guards.

During this Australia weather today people should find ways to beat the heat.
