Having Low Self-Esteem? Let Scientists Manipulate Your Brain To Boost Confidence

Scientists may have discovered a good, solid, and science-backed means on how to have self-confidence. Those who agonize from low self-esteem and high self-doubt may find optimism in this new science finding. That's for the reason that there's a new brain-manipulating method that can increase the brainwaves to achieve a high-confidence body state.

How To Be Confident: State Of The Art Brain Manipulation Method

Self-confidence is one of the utensils that will make you do well in life. Low self-esteem and high self-doubt nevertheless are more common than self-confidence. The good news is studies have found a way to help improve self-confidence.

An international team called ATR Brain Information Communication Research Laboratory Group found a way to enhance one's confidence. They've created a state of the art technique called Decoded Neurofeedback. This process can read and increase one's high confidence state instinctively.

The Brain Manipulation Technique

What the scientists did was to subject contributors to a simple perceptual chore. They then screen and detect manifestations of specific complex outlines of activity that matches to high self-confidence. Every time the researchers detect an outline of high confidence, the participants receive a small financial award.

Researchers have an approval to boost self-confidence this way and partakers are uninformed that such operation occurs. What's more important is there can be reversal of effects as self-confidence level can also go low. Study author Dr Mitsuo Kawato innovates this state-of-the-art technology.

"How is self-confidence epitomized in the brain?" he asked on a press release. "Though this is a very complex query, we used methods that are drawn from artificial intelligence (AI) to find exact patterns in the brain that could dependably tell us when a participant is in a high or low confidence state. The core test was then to use this data in real-time, to make the manifestation of a confident state more likely to occur in the future."

Even though only a smaller group of people participate in the learning, it's still in line with comparable to other studies. The team is already fruitful during its discovery on instinctively erasing fear memories. Besides, the researchers are working on several treatments for people with diverse psychiatric conditions.
