Grand Theft Auto Online recently opened the new year with a new adversary mode called Vehicle Vendetta. Now, it has further been revealed that aside from power ups and vehicle transformations, the developers are also giving off extra in-game cash in-mode. In addition, a group of modders have reportedly added the Liberty City map to Grand Theft Auto 5.
New Transformations in Grand Theft Auto Online
First off, Vehicle Vendetta has been widely known to unlock the new Pegassi FCR 1000 motorbike. Furthermore, the new mode also packs power ups including bombs, guns, rockets and vehicle transformations. Note that the Beast now transforms players into the Rhino Tank and Detonators may remove obstacles from the arena.
On another note, there is reportedly several bonuses and discounts for Grand Theft Auto Online players that started last Jan. 3 and will end on Jan. 16. It should be noted that the Grand Theft Auto developers have added 25 percent more in-game cash on Vehicle Exports while slashing off 25 percent from Special Cargo Warehouses and 50 percent off on the Grenade Launcher. Grand Theft Auto Online players may also get all masks with a 25 percent discount. The same applies to all engine performance upgrades, ammos and throwables as well as body armor and explosive weapon ammo.
No Story DLC Yet For GTA 5, Modders Create Liberty City Map Instead
In other news, Grand Theft Auto 5 modders are reportedly making waves on the fan community with rumors of a Liberty City recreation from Grand Theft Auto IV to the Los Santos area. Previously, the GTA 5 developers have reportedly noted a story DLC in the works while fans took note of Liberty City. It has been revealed that the modding team OpenIV have reportedly been working on the new map since GTA 5 was first released in 2015.
The Grand Theft Auto 5 modders reportedly aims to add Liberty City without actually replacing the whole map. The city may be found across the ocean from Los Santos. OpenIV is yet to reveal the exact release date of the Liberty City mod.
