Exploring Insomnia at the end of Final Fantasy XV is undeniably a dream to most fans. Roaming around the vast city with its fine scenery is definitely a sight to behold - if only it is possible. But what if there's actually a way to delve into the corridors of the capital of Lucis? Well as far as this player goes, thanks to a serendipitous glitch, he was able to scour every nook and corner of Insomnia and found some exciting unreleased (possibly future) contents.
Final Fantasy XV: Exploring Insomnia
A player has posted a video on Reddit detailing his experience about a glitch that enabled him to fully explore the uncharted areas of Insomnia. According to him, the glitch occurred while he was fighting Ardyn. During the second phase of the battle, Noctis suddenly bugged 'out of bounds' which consequently had given him full control over his flight - and yes, he was flying throughout the entirety of the glitch.
What's more, according to him albeit he wasn't able to capture it, he was able to pass through buildings and fly over the entirety of the city. He even explored the unrendered part of the city (within the depths of the citadel, empty spaces, etc) as the bug made Noctis virtually intangible. One of the big discoveries he had found is the soccer field near the gates of the citadel. This discovery could potentially mean that this is perhaps a new area to be explored in future DLCs. You can see the entire bug in the video down below.
In other news, we had revealed the four upcoming playable characters in the DLC which is set to be released in the Q2 of 2017. Luna is one of the most hyped and anticipated character in the game and it was revealed that the developers are hoping to include her in the pool of playable characters stating that "it will be done if possible."
