What Makes 2017 Mazda CX-5 Better Than The Last

The Mazda CX-5 is one of the best sellers from the Japanese automaker and it is not difficult to understand why. Not only does it carry the famous stylishness of the automaker but it also distinguishes itself with its sporty performance. Now, the 2017 model is due for delivery this year and it simply begs us the question of what makes it better than the last one?

2017 Mazda CX-5: A Diesel Engine Will Finally Be Delivered

When the 2017 Mazda CX-5 made its debut last year at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show, the automaker also announced that a new engine would be coming with it when it is delivered this year. Many of us were already excited that something new is coming along with the 2017 Mazda CX-5 but when it was mentioned that the new engine is going to be a diesel, it was like music to the ears. According to report, the new diesel engine will be a 2.2-liter that will be delivered in the U.S. market during the second half of the year. Unfortunately, there are no details released yet regarding how much horsepower and torque it can produce as well as how fuel-efficient it will be. One thing is certain though, Mazda will not bring us something that we would not fall in love with.

2017 Mazda CX-5: Enhanced G-Vectoring Control

One of the things that make the Mazda CX-5 a best seller not just in the automaker's lineup but in the whole auto industry is the fact that it provides a superb driving experience. And just when you don't think things can get even better, Mazda proves you wrong. According to report, the 2017 Mazda CX-5 will be running on an enhanced G-Vectoring control system. It was stated that this works with the SkyActiv range in order to provide us a better experience in terms of driving performance. Exactly how the two works together was not specified. Most of us don't really care much about the specifics anyway, as long as we get the same great results right?

2017 Mazda CX-5: Looks Better Than It Did Last Time

Before the 2017 Mazda CX-5 made its debut at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show, the automaker went ahead and tickled our imaginations with a teaser image that suggested a new design will be coming along with the crossover SUV.
