PlayStation Plus February 2017 Free Games Predictions: Is Gravity Rush Remastered Upon Us?

PlayStation Plus started the year off okay with free titles like Day of the Tentacle Remastered for PS4 or Titan Souls for PS Vita. However, the lineup still leaves much to be desired. I know Sony can do much more than this (I mean, Xbox Live Gold members seem content at the other side). Will the company re-try a good start this February 2017?

PS Plus February 2017 Predictions: Gravity Rush Remastered

Releasing Gravity Rush Remastered in PS Plus February this year would be a good move. Gravity Rush 2 was just released (Jan. 20 for U.S.), so it would make for a sort of what to expect from the sequel. It would have been better for it to be included in the January lineup, but since we can't do anything about that now, I'm just hoping that Sony decides to include it in next month's offerings.

If Gravity Rush Remastered does end up in PS Plus February, it will be available for PS4. It might also be available in PS Vita, where it was originally launched.

PS Plus February 2017 Predictions: Salt And Sanctuary

I got Salt and Sanctuary from ThisGenGaming, which brought up a perfect point as to why it will be included in the PS Plus February lineup. It was included in the PS Store Launch Party lineup in March 2016 with Day of the Tentacle Remastered, Enter the Gungeon, Stories: The Path of Destinies, Invisible, Inc. and Alienation.

As we know, Day of the Tentacle is already included in this month's PS Plus lineup. Invisible, Inc. and Stories: The Path of Destinies, on the other hand, were included in December 2016's offerings. Sony will likely continue threading this path in the months to follow.

PS Plus February 2017 Predictions: Killzone Shadow Fall

Killzone is that title we keep wishing for but never happens next to the classic Knack (which we wrongly predicted last month). It is more enjoyable in its multiplayer mode, but it is kinda hard to have fun with the diminishing user base. Including it in the lineup would boost the population in matches and will probably make me go back to having tons of fun with it.

However, Killzone Shadow Fall being a great game might end up being the reason why we will not see it next month. Sony prefers indie titles that do not get much limelight, but there's no harm in hoping.

PS Plus January 2017 Lineup Is Available Until End Of The Month

Meanwhile, you can grab what Sony has to offer for this month while you have the chance. For PS4, there's Day of the Tentacle Remastered (which is also available for PS Vita) and This War of Mine: The Little Ones. Then we have Blazerush and The Swindle for PS3. The latter can also be played on PS4 and PS Vita.

For the handheld console, players can get Azkend 2 and Titan Souls (also available on PS4). It's a pretty decent lineup that's getting me to hope for better games to come in PS Plus.
