After almost a year of development, it seems like Ubisoft is ready to launch their upcoming game entitled For Honor anytime soon. With its official release only a few month away, the company has released the system requirements for those gamers who want to pick the game for the PC. Based on the report, Ubisoft has launched both minimum and recommended PC specification for the game.
According to the report from Attack of the Fanboy, the gathered information was originally posted on Ubisoft's official blog. In addition, it also includes details regarding the supported video cards. Here are the minimum and recommended system requirements for the PC version of Ubisoft's For Honor.
For Minimum PC Requirement; the game supports Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only) operating systems. Processor required should be Intel Core i3-550, AMD Phenom II X4 955 or equivalent, Video Card should be either NVIDIA GeForce GTX660/GTX750ti/GTX950/GTX1050 with 2 GB VRAM or more, AMD Radeon HD6970/HD7870/R9 270/R9 370/RX460 with 2 GB VRAM or more. RAM should be atleast 4GB in size, Resolution should be set at 720p@30FPS, Video Preset is Low and VSync should be set to Off.
Meanwhile, the Recommended PC Specifications are; Resolution will be at most 1080p@ ~60FPS, Video Preset is High, set VSync to Off. The required operating systems for recommnded specification are similiar to the ones found in minimum. However, this time the Processor should be Intel Core i5-2500K, AMD FX-6350 or equivalent while the game requires Video Cards like NVIDIA GeForce GTX680/GTX760/GTX970/GTX1060 with 2 GB VRAM or more, AMD Radeon R9 280X/R9 380/RX470 with 2 GB VRAM or more. Lastly, the System RAM should be at 8GB.
Prior to the released System Requirements, Ubisoft also revealed a gamepad support. It will feature both partial and fully supported ones. As reported, the fully supported ones are keyboard and mouse, Xbox One Elite controller, Xbox One controller, Xbox 360 controller and both PlayStation 4 and PS4 Pro controllers, while the partially supported, which possibly require third-party drivers include Logitech Chillstream, OUYA controller, third-party Xbox compatible controller, Steam Controller and PS3 controller. For Honor is scheduled for release on Feb. 14 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
