DiRT 4 Announced By Codemasters; Scheduled For June Release On PC, PlayStation 4 And XO

The news about the Dirt series' next installment have already been announced by Koch Media and Codemasters and it will be launched on June 9 for PlayStation, PC, and Xbox One platforms. It should also be noted that this will be a simultaneous release among all platforms, which is quite a deviation from the PC-first priority of Dirt Rally.

The game was able to catch the thrill of off-road racing games thus it promoted realistic adrenaline rush and fear that a gamer experiences, as reported by WCCF Tech. The publisher has released as to what every gamer can expect in Dirt 4. Dirt 4 features a totally new system that is called Your Stage. It is an advanced rally route creation device that can let players yield near infinite number of unique stage through one click of a button.

You can also choose your location and set the route parameters, then Your Stage will be the one to create a sole rally stage that allows gamers to race, share among their friends, and also challenges gamers to beat the time of other gamers. According to Attack of the FanBoy, Your Stage can also let expert rally players to make longer and even more technical routes and at the same time let newbies make simpler shorter routes as they develop their skills.

Within the early part of the month, the Dirt Showdown was offered for free in the Humble Store, however this chance has already passed. In spite this, players who were able to obtain the game but were not able to redeem the code should act faster since the redemption deadline is on Jan. 28 at 10:00 AM PST.

The last game released as part of the Dirt series is Dirt Rally, which was launched on PC during late 2015. This game came to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the Spring of 2017. The game was critically acclaimed for all platforms when others labeled it as the best rally stimulation game as well as the best racing game of all time.
