There is an exciting news for anyone thinking of getting a new high-end GPU from Nvidia. The gaming giant has set up a new bundle aptly called “Prepare for Battle”.
Nvidia previously launched a bundle for GeForce GTX 1050 and GeForce GTX 1060 buyers, allowing them to get their hands on an indie game they fancied. Owners get to choose from three games: "Maize," a first person adventure game about sentient corn; "Raw Data," a sci-fi game for virtual reality; or "Redout," a futuristic racing game that has a VR mode.
Now, anyone who purchases a GeForce GTX 1070 worth 449 USD or GeForce GTX 1080 worth 699 USD, both of which are driven by Pascal architecture, can get their hands on a free game. Owners can choose to get a copy of Ubisoft's "For Honor" or "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands". The deal will only be available for a limited time for GeForce GTX 1070 and 1080 graphics card, system or notebook .
"For Honor" is Ubisoft's highly anticipated online action game. The bloody hack and slash game featuring medieval knights, samurai and vikings will be released on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, 2017. An open beta for the game will run from Thursday, Feb. 9 until Sunday, Feb. 11. It will be available to all PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players.
The other free game included in the bundle is "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands", which is an open world tactical shooter game set for release on March 7, 2017. Its beta for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will run from Feb. 3 until Feb. 6.
To get a game, new owners typically redeem a coupon from the latest version of GeForce experience and visit the Account drop-down menu. After pasting the coupon code from the qualifying bundle purchase, the chosen game can be selected then downloaded using the game provider.
