Everyone is excited as Halo Wars 2 is nearing its release on Feb. 17, 2017. Fans and gamers alike are gearing up to play this highly anticipated game from the Halo franchise, and with Microsoft releasing an epic trailer for the game, it only adds up to the excitement that the gaming community is having.

Details On The Trailer - Return Of The Spirit Of Fire

In the trailer, a lot of things can be seen and heard. So to shed some light on this matter, PC Gamer writes that, the beast like character seen is named Atriox, a character so powerful that even the Covenant cannot eliminate.

Also seen in the trailer is the return of the ship, Spirit of Fire, in which Capt. Cuttler is still in command. The trailer goes on to show that a squad of soldiers from the Spirit of Fire goes to an outpost to investigate the place, only to find themselves overwhelmed by Atriox himself. In light of this, it's safe to say that we can expect more action when the game is released.

With the release of the trailer, fans around the globe are clamouring for more details about Halo Wars 2, and in an article by Gamespot, Xbox Marketing Head Aaron Greenberg in a tweet, mentions that there may be a few more surprises to be revealed in the coming days aside from the trailer, Aaron also included the hashtag "#HaloWars2HypeTrainBoardingNow" to end his tweet.

Gameplay For Halo Wars 2

From January 20 to January 30, 2017, players were given the chance to try the game on Blitz Beta. During this event, it was shown that Halo Wars 2 is going to be an RTS or Real Time Strategy game where the general idea, is for the player to build a base then an army. However in the Beta, players are given the option to try out different modes which made this game stand out among other RTS games.

Halo Wars 2 is set to be released on PC and Xbox One platforms. Hopefully, when the game is released, players won't encounter any problems or glitches, but if there are, like any other game, problems can always be fixed by patches.
