As expected, a new event has arrived to Rockstar Games' GTA 5. It's no other than the Valentine's Day event. It's long been speculated to exist, though most players had no idea what it's going to be about. Apparently, it brought a lot of interesting things. And sure enough, it couldn't make the players happier.
According to GameSpot, in celebration of the Heart's day, the studio has introduced a brand new event for GTA 5. The video game company also announced a couple of special offers and updates, all of which are for the players to celebrate. This event is definitely going to be one hell of a ride for them.
First off, GTA 5 will acquire a total of two brand new maps. These will be primarily for the game's Adversary mode called Till Death Do Us Part. It's located in La Puerta and Legion Square. Moreover, anyone who plays this mode will receive double in-game currency and RP. This also includes those who want to play other 2v2 modes of the title -- namely, Hasta La Vista, Offense Defense and Relay.
It's worth noting that the aforementioned GTA 5 mode was added specifically for the Valentine's Day event. In this special mode, teams (composed of 2 players) will battle against three other teams (also pairs). Each of these couples share a single life. That if one dies, their partner will resort to taking his/her own life "in dramatic fashion." Obviously, Rockstar did a remarkable job here.
Apart from the aforementioned, the studio has added a couple of things to GTA 5. One is the offer of at least 25 percent in-game currency bonus. This is specifically for the game's Biker Business sale as well as the Cargo deliveries. Add to this the fact that players can easily take advantage of the so-called 50 percent off which is applied to the Assistant Service.
