The Flash is going to growl in the jungle in the upcoming chapter of season 3. Barry Allen and his team will travel to Earth 2's Gorilla City in the two-episode event of The CW show. A new poster for the event previews a daring journey ahead for the Star Labs team.
"The Flash" Team Ended In Time Travel Situation
The previous episode of the time travel show ended with Jesse Quick telling Wally West that her father, the villainous ape has abducted Harrison Wells.
Now, Barry together with Cisco, Caitlin and Julian will travel to the similar Earth to save his former mentor. Do you recall that in season 2, the team tricked Grodd and sent him to this Gorilla City in the parallel timeline? Elsewhere, in the Scarlet Speedster's time off, Wally aka Kid Flash will take up the mantle along with Joe West and HR to save the Central City from metahuman coercions.
Episode 13 is titled, "Attack On Gorilla City", which will air on February 21 at 8 p.m. EST. In the chapter, Barry and his team travel to Gorilla City and face Grodd.
The Official Synopsis Reads As Follows:
As soon as Jesse Quick (guest star Violett Beane) notifies the team that her father (Tom Cavanagh) has been kidnapped, Barry (Grant Gustin), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Julian (Tom Felton) journey to Earth-2 on a rescue job to save Harry from Gorilla City. As they walk through the forest, Barry and the team are instantly captured and brought to Grodd (voiced by David Sobolov). Grodd tells them he needs their help to stop Solovar (voiced by Keith David), the leader of Gorilla City, as Solovar wants to conquer Earth-1.
In the meantime, back on Earth-1, Jesse and Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale) hit the roads to stop a metahuman in controlling the gravity, with H.R. and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) guiding them from S.T.A.R. Labs.When Grodd (voiced by David Sobolov) and his army of brute gorillas bring the battle to Earth-1, The Flash (Grant Gustin) and the team must find a way to stop them before they end Central City. Gypsy (guest star Jessica Camacho) returns Earh-1 to join the fight. Meanwhile, Jesse Quick (guest star Violett Beane) chooses she wants to stay with Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) on Earth-1.
